Policy + Procedure

Please carefully review the following policies before booking your appointment to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the style. No text appointments are accepted; all bookings must be made through the official booking site. Without a deposit, no appointment will be scheduled.

Late Policy

If you are more than 25 minutes late to your appointment, it will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Please ensure you are on time and communicate with your stylist if you're running late.

Hair Preparation Policy

Hair must be washed, detangled, and blow-dried prior to your appointment. No products should be applied to the hair. If additional detangling is required, there will be an additional fee.

  1. Hair will no longer be provided unless specifically requested, with an additional $35 fee.
  2. Only Xpression pre-stretched hair will be accepted for styling. Any other hair brands will result in cancellation of the appointment.

Guest Policy

Only clients being serviced will be allowed in the establishment. No exceptions.

Booking Policy

Appointments must be booked through the official booking site. After booking, you will receive a text confirming the style and providing any necessary details. The address will be shared two days prior to your appointment. All deposits and payments will be processed through the booking site.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. If the cancellation occurs after the 48-hour window, the remaining balance for the service will be required before rescheduling.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered late. Late arrivals without prior communication will result in the cancellation of your appointment. If you communicate your delay, you may be subject to a late fee or style change.

Other Policies

  • Kids are no longer allowed to bring cell phones.
  • For appointments outside of 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM, a $45 after-hours fee applies.
  • The address for your appointment will be sent 2 days prior to the session.
  • A mask is required to enter the establishment. If you do not have one, you can purchase one for $1. No mask, no service.
